The decentralized messenger ADAMANT is transitioning its oversight from ADAMANT TECH LABS to the newly established ADAMANT Foundation. As a non-profit, decentralized organization, the Foundation’s primary objective is to unite the community and ensure the messenger operates with the same independence as Bitcoin.
The transition will be gradual, with major project decisions eventually made through a voting system accessible to all ADM token owners. To support this decentralized governance, the creators of ADAMANT have donated 1,000,000 ADM from the reserve wallets to the Foundation. The project remains open to contributions from developers, managers, and regional representatives to further its decentralized management structure.
